Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
You can easily reschedule through our booking system or by texting us directly.

No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you miss your appointment without notifying us:

50% of the service amount will be charged.
A deposit may be required for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

Running late? Just text me! If I can accommodate, I always will. Traffic and parking happen to everyone.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service.
If your appointment cannot be completed in the remaining time, a modified service may be offered.
Communication is key – a quick text goes a long way!

Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment:

New clients: $50 deposit for full set appointments.
Your deposit is applied toward your service total.
Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows.
Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice? Your deposit transfers to the new date.

Aftercare Guidelines

Proper aftercare ensures your lashes last longer and stay beautiful:

First 24-48 hours: Avoid water, steam, and excessive sweating.
Daily care: Gently brush lashes with a clean spoolie each morning.
Avoid: Oil-based products near your eyes, waterproof mascara, and rubbing your eyes.
Sleep position: Try to sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase.
Fills: Schedule every 2-3 weeks for best results.

Clients Under 18

Yes, we welcome clients under 18! If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must be present at the time of your appointment to sign a consent form.
