How to Prepare
Before Your Appointment
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes (no mascara, eyeliner, or eye cream)
- Remove contact lenses before your appointment (you can put them back in after)
- Avoid caffeine if you're prone to eye twitching
- Shower beforehand – you'll want to avoid water for 24-48 hours after
- Wear comfortable clothing – you'll be lying down for 1-2+ hours
- Use the restroom before we begin
- Silence your phone for a relaxing experience

- Eye makeup or oil-based products on the day of your appointment
- Curling your natural lashes
- Tinting your lashes within 48 hours of your appointment
- Heavy eye creams or serums the night before

Frequently Asked Questions
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a trained professional, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. We prioritize lash health and use proper techniques to ensure your natural lashes stay healthy.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions follow your natural lash growth cycle and typically last 2-4 weeks before needing a fill. With proper care and regular fills every 2-3 weeks, you can maintain your look indefinitely.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
You won't need mascara! But if you want extra drama, use only water-based, extension-safe mascara on the tips. Never use waterproof mascara as it requires oil-based removers that break down the adhesive.
What if I have sensitive eyes or allergies?
If you've never had lash extensions before, we require a free glue allergy test at least 24 hours before your first appointment. We use premium, hypoallergenic adhesives suitable for sensitive eyes. Let us know about any concerns during your consultation.
Can I swim or shower with lash extensions?
Yes! After the initial 24-48 hour curing period, you can swim, shower, and exercise normally. Just avoid rubbing your eyes and pat (don't rub) them dry.
How do I choose the right lash style?
During your consultation, we'll discuss your desired look, analyze your eye shape, and recommend styles that will enhance your natural features. We'll help you find the perfect balance of drama and comfort.
Do you offer services for clients under 18?
Yes! Clients under 18 years old are welcome but must have a parent or guardian present at the studio to sign a consent form before any service.
