We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
• You can easily reschedule through our booking system or by texting us directly.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you miss your appointment without notifying us:

• The full service amount will be charged.
• A deposit may be required for future bookings.

Running late? Just text me! If I can accommodate, I always will. Traffic and parking happen to everyone.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• If your appointment cannot be completed in the remaining time, a modified service may be offered.
• Communication is key – a quick text goes a long way!

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment:

• New clients: $50 deposit for full set appointments.
• Your deposit is applied toward your service total.
• Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows.
• Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice? Your deposit transfers to the new date.

Proper aftercare ensures your lashes last longer and stay beautiful:

• First 24-48 hours: Avoid water, steam, and excessive sweating.
• Daily care: Gently brush lashes with a clean spoolie each morning.
• Avoid: Oil-based products near your eyes, waterproof mascara, and rubbing your eyes.
• Sleep position: Try to sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase.
• Fills: Schedule every 2-3 weeks for best results.

Yes, we welcome clients under 18! If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must be present at the time of your appointment to sign a consent form.
